Staff can pick a district or school again and see the summary metrics, charts, and detail tables.
Support records open as complete pages instead of small side drawers, so staff have room to work through account details.
Support uploads a student CSV, confirms the matches, and applies the basic-player setting without asking engineering to edit ConfigCat.
Support can turn Assignments in Awakening on or off (or inherit from above). Off sends assignments to the basic player — helpful for low-powered iPads.
Support can correct grade level and subject content preferences in Super Admin during common account-fix requests.
